Our next cohort will start March 2021!

Do you need to free yourself from thoughts like these?

Why am I still holding on to this disappointment?

Why did I react this way in that situation?

Why is it difficult for me to accept myself/others for who they are?

Why do I feel like people are constantly taking advantage of me?

Why do I judge myself so harshly?

Thoughts like these can sometimes take up mental, emotional and physical space in our minds, taking energy and time away from the things we truly want to be focusing on.

Life is hard. People disappoint us. We disappoint ourselves. We get trapped in thought patterns and cycles that keep us from moving forward and living our lives. We cannot control what happens to us or how other people act. What we can do is develop the coping skills to work through our feelings and thoughts, while intentionally creating more space for ourselves and what we need.

Designed with holistic Licensed Psychologist Dr. Anna Roth, our Let It Go course includes audio lessons and working sessions with a small cohort of people. Together, we’ll work through disappointments, grudges and judgments. The goal of this course is to lighten your emotional load and make room for what’s next.

More specifically:

- Each session, you’ll be introduced to actionable skills that can be applied to what you’re holding on to, whether that’s expectations from life, other people or even yourself.

- You’ll get access to lessons, anecdotes and exercises to help you work through the curriculum at your own pace.

- If interested, you can join Dr. Anna (who created the course with Nora) for three virtual working sessions — a kick-off, mid-point check-in and wrap-up call — to ask questions and connect with others going through the material.

- You’ll also get three months of free access to the Still Kickin Club, where you can interact with other folks who show up where they are at and typically just “get it.”

This course is for you if you:

- Know you need to let something go but don’t know how

- Are having a hard time moving forward in your life in one or more areas (love, work, etc.)

- Spend a lot of time replaying your mistakes

- Beat yourself up for where or how you think you should be

- Need to set better boundaries

- Struggle with accepting what is or what was

It’s hard to work toward what we want most in life when we are being weighed down by the past. Join us in learning how to let go of disappointments, resentments and shoulds from this point on.

NOTE: Audio lessons are transcribed, and we provide recordings of the work sessions in case you are not able to attend. If there are other considerations that would be helpful for you to participate, please let us know through this quick survey here.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does the e-course start?
We're open to enrollment *right now* and close to new signups on January 4th. The course officially kicks off on Thursday, January 7th at 7p CST with a live, virtual working session with Dr. Anna Roth. There is a midpoint check-in virtual session on Thursday, January 28th at 7p CST. And the course ends with another live, virtual wrap-up call with Dr. Anna on Thursday, February 11th at 7p CST. The virtual calls are optional! That said, we encourage you to work through the audio lessons and writing exercises at your own pace! Once you're enrolled, you have access to the materials forever!
How long do I have access to the course materials?
Forever! Once you're enrolled, you can come back to the materials as often as you like. The only exceptions to this are the working sessions (aka the kick-off, midpoint and wrap-up calls with Dr. Anna) — those are one-time, live online events (but we also send out recordings afterward if you missed them or want to re-watch).
What if I am unhappy with the course? Can I get a refund?
We of course (pun intended) hope this e-course helps you along your letting go journey, and we've laid out the course curriculum ahead of time so you know what to expect when you enroll. We will not be giving out refunds after a student enrolls in the course.
Do I take this course on a computer? On my phone? What about a tablet?
If you'd like to listen to audio lessons and access course materials on your phone or tablet, we highly recommend doing so by logging into Teachable via a web browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari) as opposed to downloading the Teachable app. Many of the course materials are not accessible when using the current version of the Teachable app, and we don't want you to miss out on anything! Logging into Teachable via a web browser on your desktop or laptop computer works great as well.
Funds are a bit tight right now. Do you offer a payment plan?
We absolutely do! Just select that pricing option during enrollment, and you'll be all set.
How do I get the details for the (optional) live virtual sessions?
Once enrollment closes, you will be sent the registration links for each virtual session through Teachable, so make sure your settings within the Teachable platform allow you to receive emails from us — this will be how we communicate with the cohort! We don't want you to miss any details! When you register for the live session, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to get into the call. And remember: These calls are completely optional!
